Applicants may submit their letter of interest by clicking the link below and then submit their resum\u00e9 by email to <a href=\"mailto:jobs@duggerunionschools.org\">jobs@duggerunionschools.org<\/a>.\u00a0 These items will serve as your application.<\/strong><strong> \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeipLY-r-CTQJDHGKHDXnFxApRGwuyqb7tzvGDd1J0BqvGcvg\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to apply<\/a> for academic positions.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Athletic Director<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><em>Qualifications<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">DUCS is seeking a motivated and student-centered leader with a passion for athletics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with coaches, staff, and community partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><em>Responsibilities<\/em>\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">This position will guide all athletic programming and play a central role in strenghtening athletic alignment, student development, and community engagement.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Develops, manages, and evaluates all of the school&#8217;s athletic programs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Provides vision and oversight for coaches, scheduling, facility use, athletic compliance, event operations, and communication for the school&#8217;s athletic programs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Handles parent meetings and conflicts.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Maintains the athletic budget.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Conducts and oversees fundraising activities for athletic programs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ensures all programs operate in alignment with IHSAA rules, school policies and Indiana state education and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Promotes competitive excellence, character development, sportsmanship, and community pride.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Maintains inventory of athletic equipment, uniforms, and supplies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Key Skills<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly organized<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Conflict Management<\/li>\n<li>Budget Conscious<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>HS Math Teacher<\/i><\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate would be responsible for lesson planning, gradebook management, classroom management, and other duties as assigned by administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate must hold a valid Indiana teaching license.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Class schedule may include Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Position is for the 2025-26 school year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apply by ASAP.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Instructional Aide K-12<\/strong><\/em>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate would be responsible for assisting classroom teachers and students.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must hold a paraprofessional license or an Associate&#8217;s degree.<\/li>\n<li>Apply ASAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>Full-Time Custodian<\/i><\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidate would be responsible for daily cleaning and trash removal of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas as well as deep cleaning during the summer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duty time is Monday-Friday from 3:00-11:00 PM during the school year and Monday-Friday 6:00 AM &#8211;
