- JH/HS Assistant Principal
- Candidate would be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that includes but is not limited to discipline, curriculum, and attending special education meetings.
- Candidate must hold a building level administrator’s license in the state of Indiana.
- Position is for grades 7-12.
- This position is for the 2025-26 school year and has a start date of July 1, 2025.

- Junior High English Teacher
- Candidate would be responsible for lesson planning, gradebook management, classroom management, and other duties as assigned by administration.
- Candidate must hold a valid Indiana teaching license.

- High School Social Studies Teacher (2 positions)
- Candidate would be responsible for lesson planning, gradebook management, classroom management, and other duties as assigned by administration.

- Full-Time Custodian (PENDING BOARD APPROVAL)
- Candidate would be responsible for daily cleaning and trash removal of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas as well as deep cleaning during the summer.
- Duty time is Monday-Friday from 3:00-11:00 PM during the school year and Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM during Summer Break, Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break.
- During weeks where there is a home sporting/extracurricular events, there are 5 weekly floating hours to allow for weekend cleanup of the event. Duty time during these weeks is 3:00-10:00 PM Monday-Friday plus the 5 hours on the weekend.
- Position includes benefits and a starting hourly wage of $12.50/hour.
- 10 paid holidays included with the position.

- Substitute Custodians
- Candidate would be responsible for daily cleaning and trash removal of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Duty time is Monday-Friday from 3:00-11:00 PM.
- Hourly wage of $12.00/hour.

- Substitute Teachers
- Must hold an Indiana substitute teaching permit.
- Candidates will be reimbursed for the cost of their background check after working 3 days at DUCS.
- Substitute teaching permits may be obtained here.
- Substitute Kitchen Help (on an as needed basis)
- Candidate would be responsible for aiding in preparation of food, serving/delivering food, and cleaning the kitchen area.
- Some lifting may be required.

- Substitute Bus Drivers
- Drivers needed for subbing for daily routes and for extracurricular events.
- Training available.
- Reimbursement given for first CDL test and annual/bi-annual physical.
- License requirements:
- Class B CDL
- School bus endorsement

- HS Boys Basketball Varsity Head Coach
- Position is for the winter 2025-26 season.
- Candidate is responsible for creating a culture that holds DUCS student-athletes to the highest standard.
- Candidate is responsible for but not limited to building our youth program through camps, creating practice plans, conducting practices, maintaining a positive attitude with players and officials during contests, and managing student-athletes’ behavior.

- Archery Head Coach
- Position is for the 2025-26 season.
